Bella Gets Rescued Visits HOP COG

making new friends while having some fun with HOP COG <3

we began with dinner (lasagna, of course, in honor of Bella's brother, Garfield) and a birthday cake followed by: singing songs & enjoying Bella's story, finding our family rings, pinning the name tag on Bella while remembering that we belong to God, helping Bella find her way home, remembering our true home is always with God, a scavenger hunt that ended w/a treasure box at the foot of cross reminding us that we are God's treasured possession, spelling some of the names God has for us - like "Beloved"..., making name bracelets because God knows our name and celebrating God's goodness with balloons & much shouting, finally ending our evening with a birthday cake piñata just because God loves when we fellowship & celebrate together.
